John and Bonnie Hogancamp - Wood Crafts

John has developed his wood crafting talent over the past eight years.  He belongs to an amateur woodcraftsmen group that meets once a month in Riverside.  They share techniques and learn about new or specialized equipment and accessories to facilitate cutting, gluing and assembling fine woods to create a beautiful product.  While many of the products serve a very useful and practical purpose, others are attractive and artistic.

John has a variety of items that entertain children and adults with games, kitchen aids for the housewife, pens and pencils made out of exotic woods, shadow boxes, shelving and family trees for photos that hang on the wall. All items are made from carefully selected kiln dried woods.

Many items are unique and would make very special gifts for weddings, anniversaries, house warming, etc.  Some items can be made from exotic woods from other parts of the world.  These would require special ordering. Bonnie lends her talent with ideas and detail painting of the projects.  She was responsible for the final touches on all of the holiday characters  If you have an idea for a project, John will be glad to discuss it with you.
