Linda Hewitson enjoys living in Rainbow and being able to give massage therapy both in Rainbow and the surrounding areas.  Linda is licensed and certified in both San Diego and Riverside counties. Not only does she gives massage therapy in the Rainbow Oaks Country Square Marketplace, Linda is quite mobile and goes to client's homes, where she sets up the massage table with all the necessary items. Many of Linda's client's enjoy relaxing at home without the fuss of stressing without driving home. Information on Massage Therapy:  Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues for the purpose of normalizing them.  The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and wellbeing.  Touch is the nourishing key of massage therapy in the healing process.  When muscles are overworked, waste products such as lactic acid can accumulate in the muscle, causing soreness, stiffness and even muscle spasm.
